Where The Trilliums Grow ...

Back in 2012 I blogged about my landscaping efforts in a shady glen on our property where trillums grow ...

Last fall I planted the "White Flower Collection" from White Flower Farms.  100 bulbs all with white flowers.
And then I kept my fingers crossed and waited ...

The first snowdrop ...

The first crocus ...

almost ... almost ...

Yes!  Trilliums! 

I was so hoping that the bloom period for the bulbs would overlap 

the bloom time for the trilliums.  Success!!
